On my way to the Physiotherapy and back
Today, I had physio and fortunately Arthur (a nice chap who from today will follow my improvements) said that I should fully recover very soon and that I seemed to be in a really good state!!

Thanks to the NHS and everyone who's been close to me!!

I found this plant in St Leonard hospital where I had my physiotherapy today.
I think she'd rather need some care too!

Jimmy (above pictured) is a rather eccentric character. He and I share our respective 10 years in Hackney Wick.
He's practically the person I know the longest here. Jimmy was a soldier, he has been serving in Belfast and then...something must have happen for him to live in this special needs centre in Hackney Wick. Jimmy just told me that he will move on Friday from his current place and will be transferred out of London. So Good Luck to him!!! I'll miss him.

On the way to a business meeting
Waiting for Jimmy
I made this little video a while ago, while waiting for my friend Jimmy to arrive in Highbury & Islington station.
However, this really comes from an idea I had a long time ago, that of producing a series of videos of the entrance of several tube stations in London in order to capture the 'breathing' movements of commuters coming in and out from the station. The idea is to represent London as an almost human entity that breaths and pulses through its veins, which in this representation would be the Tube.
Any comments are welcome!

Medat
It's 8pm of a mild Sunday evening. I'm in the Wick and Ele just sent me downstairs to buy some cheap white wine to cook with.
On my way back upstairs to my flat, I bumped into Medat, a very nice man who lives in the wick from loooong time. He's really nice, every time we see each other on Felstead street we exchange a few words and we bless each other.
Today, as he knows about my back problem (probably an hernia), he gave me the following tip to feel better:
'You know what you should do?'-Medat said-'...you should concentrate for five minutes on the spot where the pain is, and think of getting rid of it,...that's it, it will work!'
I thanked him and before we went for our ways, he gave me a sweet as a present. Here is both of them, Medat and present
